Dustin A. Frazier

Dustin Frazier is the COO and CCO of Fillmore. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and provides governance and oversight over Fillmore’s vertically aligned affiliates. Dustin is a member of Fillmore’s investment committees and serves as a director on the boards of Brickyard Healthcare, Inc. and Macondary Lane Healthcare, Inc., which are operating affiliates of Fillmore.

Before joining Fillmore in 2018, he was a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP, an internationally recognized law firm specializing in corporate structuring, finance, private equity, and transactional law. He served as outside counsel to Fillmore from 2008 until he joined the company. Previously, he began his career as an Associate in the Audit team of PwC, where he specialized in complex audits and reviews of financial institutions and public companies.

Dustin Frazier received a JD from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a MAS from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, and a B.S. from Ohio University’s College of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
