Michael O. Reinardy

Michael Reinardy is the CAO of Fillmore and has been with the company since its formation. He oversees the origination, underwriting, and closing of debt and equity investments across multiple deal teams and investment vehicles. Michael serves as a member of Fillmore’s investment committees.

Before joining Fillmore, he was the Vice President at Lowe Hospitality Group and a senior member of the structured finance group formed by Ron Silva and Tim Getz. Previously, he worked as a loan officer at Deutsche Bank Mortgage Capital, where he originated and closed commercial mortgage loans. He began his career at Huntoon Hastings Capital Corp., a full-service mortgage origination company.

Michael Reinardy earned a BS from Santa Clara University and an MRED from New York University.
