Ronald E. Silva

Ron Silva is the Founder, President, and CEO of Fillmore. He also serves as the Chairperson of Fillmore’s investment committees. Ron directs the overall management, strategic direction, and company vision. For over 30 years, he has invested on behalf of institutional clients in various real estate and operating company opportunities.

Before creating Fillmore, he was the Executive Vice President of Lowe Enterprises, Inc., responsible for investments exceeding $2.0 Billion in contributed equity. While at Lowe, he formed the structured finance team, which subsequently led to the formation of Fillmore. Before joining Lowe, he developed his fundamental real estate and credit skills at Wells Fargo Bank. Ron has spent the majority of his professional career within the public pension real estate industry and served on the Governing Board of the Pension Real Estate Association.

Ron was previously the Chairperson of the Board of Golden Living, AlixaRx, and Aegis Therapies, all national healthcare service providers, and is currently a Board Member of Scioto Properties, providing impact real estate solutions for vulnerable populations nationally.

He received his JD, with honors, from the John F. Kennedy School of Law and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
